Mantrac Kenya Limited, the authorized dealer for Caterpillar products in Kenya has opened a refurbished ultra-modern service centre.
The Sh160 million service centre and warehouse, located at the company’s head office along Witu Road in Nairobi’s Industrial Area, will offer fully fledged after-sale services that include maintenance and repair options and the sale of genuine new and used Caterpillars equipment and spare parts.
According to the group chief executive officer Loutfy Mansour, the new facility will enable Mantrac to deliver fast, efficient and superior service to its clientèle.
“We have trained our service engineers to handle the state-of-the-art machines with precision in every job from overhauling engines, to the full assembly of trucks,” said Mansour.
The new service centre supports Mantrac’s wide range of product portfolio that includes marine engines, power generation equipment, fork lift trucks and Caterpillar earth moving machines.
Mantrac plans to invest to invest a further Sh24.6 million in phase two of infrastructure development, all geared towards improving service delivery.
