Princess Tower – the world’s tallest residential building – is well under way in Dubai Marina and will be completed in December, the property developer has said.
Tameer Holding Investment LLC, a leading property developer in the Middle East, has announced that the superstructure for the Princess Tower is now complete and the building is nearing completion.
“Princess Tower is now in its final stages of construction and we look forward to the delivery and handover of this iconic project to our customers,”said Federico Tauber, president of Tameer Holding Investment.
With an imposing height of 414m, Princess Tower will become the world’s tallest residential building when it is completed.
However, the tower may not hold the record for long if the 550m Pentominium Tower which is currently under construction in Dubai meets its target completion date of 2013.
Princess Tower has 107 floors over 6 basements, ground floor and 100 above ground floor and it consists of 763 luxury apartments, duplex villas and high-end penthouses, offices, hotel suites, car parking spaces, sports and recreational clubs and retail outlets.
The tower has a total built up area of 1.75 million sq feet. Source: Burj-Khalifa.eu.
