Enforcement of building regulations is where we have problems. Quality works in construction industry will only be experienced if the government becomes strict on this matter.

why shoulnt parliment hurry up in adopting the bill institutionalising the proffession of construction managers to give qualified proffessionals authority and responsibility to oversee proper completion of buildings

i agree we have unscrupulous investors who make some houses that are below par.
i belive if this is checked we will save our people from greedy investors.
some house units are so small in measurement yet so costly
