English Premier League club Chelsea has announced a partnership with UAE-based developer DAMAC to launch a luxury residential project in central Dubai.

The development, known as Chelsea Residences by DAMAC, consists of six residential towers reaching 130m in height and totalling more than 1,400 apartments.

Designed by US-based architecture firm Gensler, the towers will fuse Chelsea’s football heritage with Dubai’s taste for opulence.

“This is a very exciting project,” a DAMAC spokesperson said. “The vision is to bring the spirit of Chelsea Football Club to life in a completely new way — through design, experience, and lifestyle.”

Each tower will include Chelsea-branded features designed to appeal to both fans and luxury buyers. Residents can expect a rooftop football pitch, a cryotherapy centre, wellness spa, athlete performance lab, private cinema, and even a Chelsea Sports Bar.

“It’s not just about living in a luxury apartment,” said one Dubai-based agent handling sales. “It’s about buying into a lifestyle that connects you to one of the world’s most recognised football clubs.”

Apartments will range from one to three bedrooms, all with sea views. Prices start at AED 2.1 million ($572,000) and exceed AED 4.9 million ($1.33 million) for larger units. Sales are already underway through DAMAC and its partners.

While the exact construction budget remains under wraps, property experts estimate the full development will exceed US$1 billion given its scale and high-end positioning.
