HD Hyundai Unveils New HT38 Compact Track Loader
The HT38 runs on a 115 hp Hyundai engine and has a rated capacity of 1,727 kg.

HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America has unveiled its latest addition to the heavy machinery line-up — the HT38 compact track loader. This marks the debut of what the company described as a “feature-packed” machine designed for strength, comfort and versatility.
The new compact loader weighs 5,799 kg and runs on a 115 hp Hyundai engine. Its rated operating capacity is 1,727 kg. Julio Vargas, Product Manager at HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America, said the model is designed for high productivity and flexibility.
“The HT38 is an all-new CTL design for Hyundai that delivers the power, lifting capacity, options and attachments that utility, paving, landscaping, concrete contractors and others are looking for in a large-frame compact track loader,” he said. “The number and value of the features that come standard on the HT38 really set this machine apart.”
Those standard features include high-flow hydraulics delivering 4,000 psi at 151 litres per minute, along with ride control, creep control, hydraulic quick coupler, return-to-dig, lift-arm float and auto self-levelling functions.
Each has been engineered to enhance operator efficiency and control across a range of demanding job sites.

In designing the HT38 compact loader, Hyundai emphasized comfort and technology. The one-piece, pressurised ROPS/FOPS cab features heating, air conditioning through eight vents, and a heated, air-ride seat for comfort. A 20-centimetre smart touch display with Bluetooth connectivity brings modern convenience to the controls.
The HT38 is versatile, supporting many attachments from buckets to snow equipment, with easy maintenance via ground-level service access, a reversible fan, a tilt-up cooling module, and a PowerCore air filter that protects the engine.
“These features ensure the Hyundai HT38 will keep running longer, with minimal downtime, and Hyundai’s industry-leading three-year, 3,000-hour warranty adds even more peace of mind,” added Vargas.
With its combination of power, user-friendly design and reliability, the HT38 looks set to make a strong impression in the compact loader market.
