Here are the best modular homes in the USA from top prefab home designers and builders.

1. Ilumhouse

Ilumhouse prefab homes are quickly gaining popularity in the USA, despite being produced by a distant namesake company, Ilumhouse, a prefab manufacturer based in Latvia, northeastern Europe.

Ilumhouse provides modern and energy-efficient wood frame houses that are built with high-quality materials and input from experts in architecture.

The company offers delivery throughout Europe, and buyers make payments in four stages: 50% to start production, 20% after the frame is ready, 20% before work starts on the interior, and the last 10% after installation.
