Stakeholders have reportedly identified Kula Mawe as the best site for the project.

Africa is undertaking key projects to support its rising population.



Tower One is owned by the Gilanis group of companies.



The building will be taller than the recently completed 163-metres-high UAP Tower.



The mall offers a mix of local and global retail outlets including Carrefour.
