


The building features 80 pre-fabricated apartments spinning a full 360 degrees.



The highway was split into three sections for construction works.



The resort will comprise an 18-hole golf course, a lodge, 80 cottages and an airstrip.



The project, with lighting and a footbridge at the KWS gate, will conclude in 15 months.



The architectural design of the resort was done by Matteo Fantoni Studio of Milan, Italy.



Proposed estate is targeting middle to upper income earners working at Konza City.



The road is part of the State's new plan for the Nairobi Urban Toll Road project.



The show-house for phase one of the project will be ready by February next year.



The development spans 41 acres and will comprise 2,500 one-bedroom units.



The resort will be built in four phases, each taking a year to complete.
